Have 3 printers having the same error but all those adjustments being made nothing resolve it... One of em switches randomly to thermal transmission even if we use direct thermal... I think that the media sensor is the problem, gonna try swap it from another functional printer...

Would you happen to know whether I’d be able to access QB/Label Connector Remotely but print labels to where I am physically along with the printer at a separate location from our server/QB?

Hello. Thank you for all your videos! I have several printers Z6MPlus and all of them have the same issue: the indicators are all on and the LCD is lit up blank with nothing on it but the light. Do you happen to have an idea what the issue might be? Thank you

I just cringe every time these printers waste labels. Why can’t somebody design a printer where no labels get wasted. It should be a fully closed loop system where blank labels are not only be fed forward, but backwards as well.

i've been using a ZD421 which i can successfully print (or view the settings you demonstrate) when on the same network as the printer using the local IP address as you show... however, i now need to be able to do this from a remote location. i've tried port forwarding to the local ip of the printer but that doesn't seem to work. do you know if this should be working, or have i just missed something along the way? thanks!!

Thank you for the video. I think this is the solution I need to resolve an issue with lines printing unevenly and also now seeing some "ghosting" or double print with our ZT610.

Thanks for the video. It helped me remove the media sensor to remove a stuck label on a ZT410. Now that I have put everything back together, I'm getting "Head Open Close Head" error. Should I change the head open sensor? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks

i have an error ribbon out at 170xi4, but i cant fix it, printer stop with this error even when i try to feed label, the calibration and clean ribbon sensor doesnt help. Maybe problem with this reflective metal plate?

terrible design and even when you slide it like you did you are still left with a disaster of a mess. My users hate these Zebra printers and want to go away from them.

I like the ink wells versus the ink cartages that cost an arm and a leg. It prints quickly and the quality is excellent. It shuts off when not in use, so you have to remember to turn it on. Overall, it exceeds my expectations. I'll update my review in a couple of months.

I have QB Desktop Enterprise as well as Bartender software. I am wanting to create custom item labels from a PO or from Receive. I am setting up for Barcode scanning at the moment. What do I need to do to achieve my plan? Do you do custom setup work?

How do I add a new item to the Field List? It has Vendor Name, but our QBO has Preferred Vendor, so it's not pulling the vendor info to the tag.

That worked with me but I have a small problem .... when I give order to print the printer doesn't print the given numbers it print only one label and stops !!!

I wonder if you could help me, I replaced the main logic board yesterday after getting a blank display and nothing else on a X10i111 Now the display is working but now the labels will not line up with the tear off bar and image is not in line with the label, I have done some cleaning to the sensors and calibrations but still it will not line up

I was hoping you'd show how to reboot it remotely. The terminology used in the web interface is strange to me. I did find a button called "Reset Printer", but I'm not certain what that means. I know what reboot and restart mean, but "reset"? Plus, it has one that says "Reset Print Server".

If the buttons on an of the options are disabled go to general tab and select preferences to log into settings as admit or to get past UIC prompts. You can also log in as local admin.
