There are 2 approaches to life. Either you work to gain happiness or your work is just an expression of your happpiness. These are the only 2 ways.
See..what I feel that.. whatever happens in life are for the sake to make us understand how things go in life with or without taking decisions.. even I'm preparing for MBA for 2021..but that's not I want but this path of MBA will lead me to the path where I wanna be...the path that unrelated but will still satisfy all 3 aspects that you mentioned at the starting of your video.. so in short, just wanna say that whatever you did in life is a learn and the moments of your precious life...so nothing shame in it... :))

I think so there is no ultimate destination in life . we think after become mba grad or getting a cozy govt job we think we have achieved the luxurious life standards but it's never true we always have to keep struggling.
I think it depends where you work, what are your passion .I have also seen lots of satisfied software developers but ya they work in good companies like Microsoft, so sometimes the environment also matters, secondly even some people are satisfied doing an MBA. The real flaw is youngsters are running in a rat race where money, fame have priority over personal interest, even being a full-time CZcamsr and fashion blogging is not easy. No job is easy basically one should understand what the person loves to do .

No one satisfy anywhere it's human nature...If you would be in fashion vlogging for so long ,you start loving something else...Even manager who managed team are not satisfied... God gave you best job in Infosys according to you only. Keep loving everything and do vlogging side by side...

I am stuck right now, I am a 2023 pass out from a 3-tier engineering college that too from core branch ( electronic and communication) I still regret this decision and then got placed in my 7th semester in one of the WITCH company and got my LOI but it’s been more than a year and I still haven’t got my joining letter. I literally don’t know what to do. Should I start preparing for CAT and leave this ?? and I literally wasted this whole year and learnt absolutely nothing (please don’t judge me) help me if you can, I AM LOST

if you are very much interested in cooking then go for some certifications/ diplomas/ degrees related to it... it will help you a lot in developing your skills over an MBA...

1) If you feel you can switch & get package around 8LPA in 2 years then you can continue in your IT job but if you're unsatisfied with the tech job & would like to go for managerial roles then you can go for MBA.

Hey!
I would only suggest, please do what YOU actually want to do. During my MBA placements weightage to B.Tech students was only given if you had some work ex in IT field after B.Tech, if not you are just a fresher same as a BBA. So if you plan to have a work ex after you engineering it will be helpful but if you're planning to do it back to back then you can just go for BBA+ MBA. In that case you also save a year :)

I am 18 right now and if I say money matters to me only till a certain extent and i want to do something which I can really enjoy bcz I'm the kind of guy like if I am really passionate about doing something I can even work 20 hours a day also but if it is not so a sitting of 5 minutes will be extremely tiring for me. Talking about herd mentality, I am an EEE engineer. I really enjoyed electrical, I was good at it and this was the field I really wanted to go. Even I chose Electrical during my counselling though I was getting CSE. Now when I am here it just feels like doing analysis for the systems containing electrical systems. I have a decent salary as well with regards to core field. But I am not liking the job (some days I like but more days I do not like it)since I had completed 7 months. But now I am working for 2 years. Should I be following the MBA path which is said to be herd mentality thing. Mostly this not liking is because I see my IT friends earning double of mine. And will the field really pay the amount I am looking for(to which mostly I get an answer no).
You can try to crack CAT .. look if you cracked top IIM and you're having work experience also . Then it's good. Never limit yourself..

I don't care about job satisfaction just the high salary because i want to provide my family and kids the opportunity that i never have because of low income of my parents even if i will be unhappy for the rest of my life and i think after anyone turns 35yrs they will not enjoy that money but they will be happy that their kids can enjoy at times they want it the most

I am doing MBA after Engineering I am very very confused about selecting specializations ,Jobs and worried about jobs
With due respect to you madam. You are generalizing everyone's personality according to your personality. You seems to be confused about what you want from life. But anyone who study hard for CAT, IIT, GMAT etc is not confused. Not everyone can afford to leave job n sit on a cosy sofa n make youtube video about it. Most people start hustling with their corporate job because they have to pay bills, emi etc. Yes it's Rat Race. Yes it's stressful. But let's be practical, life is not rosy. We are living in a country of 130 crores, where 20 crores are unemployed, 30 crores are doing shitty jobs. So if you get placed into a top level corporate job, You're among top 10 lakh persons among 130 crores people. Its a luxury it's a privilege. Its totally worth it. As far as personal satisfaction goes. People try to indulge in some hobby, gym, yoga or something for their pastime. I know it's cliche to say to do things which you really love, which you really passionate about. But guess what not everyone is Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli, most people are mediocre, let's accept it. If they try to do acting, singing, business, youtube etc they will going to fail in it. So it's risky unless you're super sure about your talent. So what is the easy way out? The easy way out is to improve your work ethics, have good temperament and grow with the corporate job that life has offer you. If you have certain passion you will surely going to figure it out. But please don't leave your job unless you are sure. 90% of people regret leaving job out of their new found Passion in something which gets fade away soon. Yes there is 1 Zuckerberg among 100 dropouts but let's take the other 99 in account too.
Let's try to become that one Zuckerberg..Not everybody can live a mediocre life...At the end of the day everybody wants freedom...Now in this generation every youngsters understand the value of personal satisfaction

Hi Shreya. A very detail video and I find myself very relatable to such situations on personal satisfaction. Do u think that the B School where we do our MBA matters?
Yes ofcourse, brand value of the college you graduate from matters, few years down the line it will , even placement wise. Hope it helps. I mean see, a graduate from tier 1 college will obviously earn more than a graduate from tier 3. Also the brand value of a college like iim will easily get you a job if you wanna switch later on.
