    This is a brilliant guide, thank you! I was just wondering if there’s anything effective (not necessarily a supplement) you’d recommend to target the issue of excessive hair growth caused by PCOS (chin to neck - much like a beard). It’s genuinely such a struggle.

    What are your insights into Vitex for PCOS? I know its a hit/miss with PCOS sisters but it was the only thing that has helped manage my PCOS symptoms-fertility, missed periods, mental, etc
