- Cutting a blank key HO01 Honda key using Condor Dolphin XP-005 and Key tool max by finding bitting / decoding original key / then cut keys
Most newer cars nowadays you need a car key with transponder chip programmed so it will start the car .
This is for demonstration only , I used a plain blank key and cloned a transponder super chip XT27A .
Note : the blank key needs to debur right after cutting it. (I didn’t do it to my video at all) that’s the reason it was having a hard time to turn the key in the ignition

If Im making a copy of Those HO01 Keys, I simply trace it and cut it. When you try to decode it, it can give you the wrong cuts because the key and wafers are worn down already that's why its hard to turn in the ignition. When tracing, it gives you the exact key you traced and not by factory depths... just my input
That is true, but I checked every single one key blade if it goes smooth in the ignition. That rarely happens, when it does . I use the universal duplicate key, it’s like cutting a manual cutting machine

nice video! were you able to some how seal that transponder chip to the metal key? Also, why did they key kinda turn rough? I am new to key cutting and programming and cloning. I just do lishi unlocks and decodes and I am going o be getting the dolphin and key tool max next month to expand my game
Hi mate, it was just my test key (metal blade) I’m not really planning on imbedding the chip into it. Xhorse has plenty of flip key option that you can put the chip in it .
The key cut kinda rough, I believe only in the video. It’s actually not bad. It goes it pretty smooth, prolly just need to brush it with wire brush .
If ever it starts cutting rough, I would replace the cutting bit on my machine. But I had it for 6 months now with the same blade. So far still okay.
I believe the Key Tool mAx and condor xp-005 machine is a good combo. I use them a lot , I even have the OBD with it but not really good at programming . I still use APP mainly for programming and sometimes lonsdor and I have launch machine
@@autopurlieu yea i was gunna buy the new condor dolphin 2 that just came out and the key tool max as I only want to be able to clone with it. I am also going to get auto pro pad and the topdon ninja 1000 for programmers.
I wanted to get the super chipped universal remotes. and get some key blade tips. I think i need a tool to punch the rivets into the blade.
@@pouncerminned863 ohh uh that new condor dolphin 2 is nice . I heard good things about topdon as well.
Yah you have to stock some universal remotes coz they have 4 different kind (wired and 2 kind of wireless and the smart key) and they have couple designs styles. I just stocked up over Black Friday and this holiday sales .

Im retired super early in life. So I would like to get into this business for the hobby of it and fun, maybe making keys at auctions, for body shops, mechanic shops etc etc. even at amusment parks where people lose their keys.
Does Xhorse require for me to pay tokens to cut keys? Also couldnt this key have been cut by an Xhorse Manual key cutter?
Is there a company that usues a machine like the one you used that doesnt require tokens purchased?

How much are the cutters for those machines? The factory cutters for the machines Hy-Ko sells are insanely expensive.
Look it up , Xhorse dolphin condor do-005. . Each vendor varies their prices. These machines aren’t too bad
Do you know if the super chip will successfully clone or generate into the new Ford h128 bit?
I am not 100% sure, I haven’t encounter that one yet

Depends on your location. It’s a locksmith trade . You google search what’s the rules in your area

Hello I have the condor and I did the decode but the copy comes out wider than the original. Do you know what I maybe doing wrong?
Did you decode it with the machine ? Which key blank is it ?

@@autopurlieu same key you cut in this video but the grove in the middle of the key comes out like 2mm wider the sides are cut the way the key is, but the Grove the machine is calibrated good and I'm using the 1.5mm cutter.
@@aztlanmotors make sure all 3 calibration is calibrated . And make sure the tools and machines is up to date
@@aztlanmotors sometimes the new update gets messed up. Try the universal decoding / duplication.
It’s not my main option but it’s very handy on this situation

I know. I guess not all of them. If the machine ask for sniffing then I’ll do the sniffing process . If not, it your lucky day . Easy as that 👍🏽
Can this machine clone a 2005 bmw key?
Bmw chips are not cloneable
Put the key back into the machine for a second pass that should fix it.

I been cloning keys and it hasn't been working on some vehicles. It says its cloned but still doesn't start car.
From my experienced, not all keys can be cloned and some of them like what you said . Still don’t work
What car year and model the one you said “it closed successfully but doesn’t work”?
@@autopurlieu it was a 2014 chrysler 200. I can't remember if the key said cleanable but it dis the process. I just started a month ago and still haven't received my im608. So I'm working with key tool max and dolphin cutter only. I do cellphone repairs and soldering. So I can't wait to get the im608 and try some eprom

@@autopurlieu yes the key was cut successfully but it didn't work even the new key shape is similar to the old one ...I wondered about the problem if it was my wrong choice of vehicle database..is there a difference between crv keys and other Honda keys like accord or civic or others?

Most of the time, it’s the update occurs. Some users don’t update their cutting machine so it won’t mess up.
