Why would Montague Sheriffs office give a statement? This is no where near Montague. This is in the city of Arlington Tx and in Tarrant county. The sheriff would have nothing to do with this anyway

I thought it was. I know for a fact that the middle school in the area was on lockdown until 5 pm.
My daughter teaches at the elementary, they were not in fact, it was during recess when they heard the gun shots.
