Watched the first season twice, can’t wait for the second season! Been watching lotr since i was a kid, so this is just amazing and another Way to explore more of the universe 🤩

Wait… am I only person who actually enjoyed this?! I had no clue so many people didn’t appreciate this show. Tbh I’m not a lord of rings fan so this was like all new to me.
No you aren't. It wasn't massively well received overall but the loudest voices are just the "anti-woke" type people who got themselves into a death spiral over this primarily because it has black actors in some roles.
People just like to complain about stuff that is slightly different to them. They cry and whine, but they are still going to watch it. Just so they can cry and whine about how much they didn't like it.
@@MrDbagdelux81 You have not read the books. It is NOTHING like the story written by JRR Tolkien. Take his name off this trash and stop calling Lord of the Rings and everyone will happy. I could not make it pass the fist 15 minutes episode one, the dialog was so terrible, along with the horrible acting.

I kept watching it to see if it took a while to get good- it didn't. And I wanted to like it, I tried so hard to like it but they made it impossible. The consensus is that it was bad and for good reason. No-one is crying about it lol its not worth our tears.
