Pl mention differential pressure across the flow control valve, flow rate of medium and specific gravity of the medium. Then only, we can calculate correct Cv

I need clarification, which is the higher pressure drop across the valve, 50% open or the 100% open.
We cannot generally comment unless, we have process parameters and control valve specifications. Then only, we can find the high DP at which stroke conditions
Can you please explain why water is taken at 60 deg F ? i am not understanding why we are not taking at any other temperature?
vaporization of liquid, density etc are common in 60 deg F in a controlled laboratory. That's why this temperature is taken as reference to use globally.

Control valve coefficient should be low or hight?
This value is not for high or low. As per the volumetric flow for an application, we need to design the rates Cv.
