Never thought of freezing the leaves. When you freeze them, can you use them like fresh basil (pesto, for example)?

Actually, if I want pesto, I make it ahead and freeze it so it is easy to just thaw and eat, yum! I have a video on how I do it.
Otherwise, I will freeze the leaves and then throw them into pasta sauce or soups because they will have a lot of flavor but be wilted when they thaw.
Thank you for the info, in your opinion which is better to get for a first greenstalk the 5 tier or the 7 tier?
