Do you know how to reprint an itemized receipt? All I get when I go to the transactions app is just the payment receipt
Hello,
You should be able to find more options to print various types of receipts from the orders application.
You would simply need to open the app, then click on an order and then from there click on reissue receipts.
Do these run on ink cartridges?
Great Question. It's actually thermal paper. So no ink is needed. However, kitchen printers (it's called, Star, black color) That one uses ink. But, if you look around you can also find a kitchen printer that also works on thermal paper (no ink needed)
Tried deleting printers and re-adding them, didn’t work for the double printing issue. Just rebooted and it’s still printing two receipts. Anyone know what to do? Clover had me on hold for 35 minutes..
Same thing is happening to me. Not sure what to do but the apps are useless and tech support isn’t helpful either
@@mikegonzalez8398 My boss logged into clover, not sure what he did, but he got it to print to one receipt now. Try actually logging into your account online, not on the app & checking the printer. Tech support couldn’t care less! Good luck my friend!
@@jennifermoonchild5480 I called and they told me that it’s a system glitch and that the Eng department is working on.

What do you do if the printer you delete and then you try to bring it back and it’s not there now
Could you describe how you attempted to reinstall your printer?
Are you talking about the Clover Printer, you deleted the clover printer and it's not showing up?

I’ll delete it then it’s not there to add. I figured out if I unplug the kitchen printer for like a couple minutes plug it back in and then it’ll reappear
@@drdoom9592 You may need to do a feed test on your kitchen printer. Also make sure that the green light is showing on the printer and that the printer and clover is on the same internet network
