Love to see this and yes it’s true that Balinese prefer aussies. But as an Australian who has visited Bali I know there’s good and bad aussies and good and bad Russians. I’ve heard culturally Russians may be less likely to engage politely with others. I wonder if it’s behaviour they learn from childhood and they may not know differently?
To be honest recently few days ago in Sanur I had little lovely chat with Russian lady with kids, she live in Australia for 6 years and having British Husband, she was super lovely and friendly even though she had very strong Russian accent what she was laughing too lol. Not everyone but social media love to put them down nowadays for many various reasons
@@TheMonkeysagreed! social media like to pile on and in some cases it's probably justified. After I wrote my comment, I also thought that even if they (not only Russians) grow up differently, it doesn't excuse the bad behaviour. I have to remember we all need to act / behave in harmony with the customs of Bali and it's beautiful people.
So love the spontaneous moves from that fun worker at Y Sports Bar 🤗 Love this area, so good to see it come back to life again 😍 I remember how quiet it was the last three years! Cheers Damian and Winny xxx🎉❤

I'm Aussie and I love Legian. I always liked Canggu as well but too many rude Russians now. I would like to know if all Russians in Bali are rude or do we only see the bad ones on social media behaving terribly.

I’m glad life is getting back to normal with everyone doing their jobs, tourists visiting again. It’s been back to normal here in Alaska since last year. There are clusters of the virus around but no one gets excited about it.
