I think Luke and James should mend fences .. if Damon Fryer and Houston Crosta can do it after the things they said to each other than surely you guys can do it. Strad needs to remember that losers focus on winners and winners focus on winning. Strad can just cruise in his Egg and not worry about these guys sitting around living rent free in his head.. My guess is James isn't sitting around thinking about these guys..

In all fairness Stefan and Luke broke ties with James and found out that to a great extent James made them. They need stradman to be relevant and we all know. See the viewership of a video with stradman and without him.

I think most of us don't necessarily care about seeing them making content together again as much as we just want to see them mend fences with one another. There was a bunch of stuff going on for both James and Luke that spilled over into business... and it's sad. I'm rooting for them to acknowledge their mistakes and forgive one another. Doesn't have to be a public thing. I just want to see everyone getting along and letting go of that baggage.

It's obvious the Utah Boys podcast knew they'd get traction with that Stradman question and answer and decided to take a swipe at him. Says a lot about their character. Look, I'm sure Stradman has changed a bit from when he was living in his car, now that he owns 5 Lambos and a Koenigsegg and lives in a mansion (as it would all of us), but if he was that bad, how come there has never been a bad word said about him from a member of the public? Internal spats at our worst moments don't accurately reflect us as people and how we treat everyone, so people should just move on. Talking about it in a public forum like a year after it happened (I noticed Luke lurking here commenting) when Strad obviously couldn't care less anymore is showing these guys as pathetic.

Regardless of any history with Strad, the three UTAH Boys Podcasters are a good mix, AND that's ok. Every single person, including Strad, has the right to do what works for them, business wise.
Whether James and them "make up" for any past history, its outside of their business ventures and is probably better to leave it to them privately to resolve.

When James, Luke and Stephan were friends, it was fun seeing them play little pranks on one another. They seemed to genuinely like one another. I suspect a lot of the friction between them came from issues in their personal lives that flowed over into their relationships with one another. It's really sad. I'd love to see all of them forgive and forget - even if they never do a video together again.
Alex basically said he has no excuse why he doesn't have anything with him (which was true) BUT 1st words out of the cops mouth was "it is stolen?" Im sure Alex took offense to that, then wanted to be a smartass about the rest. People take being accused of stealing differently, this was Alex's way that day.

I agree. Living in close proximity to all these guys, it sucks seeing them at each others throats. Not all of the issues have been made public. Luke and James both have had some personal struggles that got in the way of their friendship. I really hope they can give one another some grace. They both need to apologize for their shortcomings and mistakes and move on.

@@blakecrossing If you look at the videos with the highest view counts on Strad's channel, you'll notice most of them involve James doing things with other people. Like when he would give a random kid a ride to/from school in one of this cars. Or let a kid take his drivers test in a Lamborghini.
Now that Sofia has been forced to stay in Canada, he doesn't have anyone around to play off of except Burlacher. Maybe he should consider going back to his roots and engaging more with people in the community again.

I think the Utah Crew had its time but winds change, friendships change, and that group of friends ran its course. Faith and Clayton seem to be putting their energy back into their business, Burlacher is putting his energy into his son, and Stephan is trying to figure out his next move after leaving 80eighty. I’m sure Strad still maintains their friendships, but he keeps them private now. I think had the situation between James and Luke been kept more private, there’s a chance with time they could have reconciled. But with how public and ugly it became, I think there’s little chance they make up.
And I do think James et. al. learned a valuable lesson from that: keep those close relationships private. That allows for any spat/disagreement to work itself out privately instead of snowballing out of control with public influence.
And I do think Stephan and James are still friends, and the issues between James & Luke wear on him. Gabe & Luke had no problem addressing the question and throwing some shade, but Stephan seemed uncomfortable with it all.

Strad probably paid luke a good wage but of course he see James with all these cars and thought he deserved more when he didn't build the channel and he had a great job driving great cars and travelling around the world.
Honestly, I thought when Strad and Luke were working together it was by far the most fun and dynamic content that Strad has ever put out
James was paying Luke as a photographer/Videographer and was not paying him anything for being on camera. That means he was exploiting him. Luke asked for just 2% of the money from the videos that he was in and James got pissy and fired him. I'm not sure what he did to Stefen but I imagine it was something along the same lines

However, Stradman always shouts out people on his channel, which goes a long way. I mean, Stefan has 200k subscribers and Luke has over 100k subscribers; and we can both agree that it's unlikely they'd be as popular without their involvement with Stradman. That one guy brought everyone around him and rose them all up; then once they start taking him for granted and he stands up for himself, apparently he's arrogant and the "bad guy".

I think Luke and James should collab again but looking at what James is doing he's on to the next step of his goals and he took an interest in collaging with the Hamilton collection and triple f collection and even Damon from Daily Driven Exotics rumoured at another collab with James but it would be cool to see the old crew back together.

I mean I still watch both sides, mainly Stefan because of Strad and I genuinely love both of their content equally. I just don’t want to pick sides even though I saw the back and forth between James and Luke from previous LOP videos. All of it is like thin air because Stefan and Luke both made videos regarding the situation and both said it was fine and nothing bad happened yet this happened. So in the end, for me it sounded like a crappy move from Gabe to say something like that but I mean you gotta be honest and I guess get that traction and people talking about the situation and hype for the channel. But in the end, its not necessary for them to collab or do anything not unless both parties want to speak up the actual truth on what downfall happened.
Wow. This was a spicy installment! Great seeing Alex Choi back. But the Utah Boys story was pretty wild. I've heard some stuff from locals who claim there have been more things that have contributed to the bad blood between James/Luke/Gabe. It's hard to know what the full truth is, but I hope they can find a way to patch things up with one another.

The one thing I can disclose is that apparently I played a role in Luke & James relationship going south. It was a series of misunderstandings stemming from when I lived in the neighborhood next to James. I feel genuinely bad about that. I've apologized to both Luke and James for my role. But I've only been able to resolve things with James.

Most of thestradman's content in 2023 involved other people's deliveries which I'm not against, but if that's all I'll continue seeing in 2024 as well I'll start watching less of thestradman's videos. I've been a fan of thestradman for 5 plus years before the bigger automotive guys went into the CZcams space, like The Hamilton Collection for example. thestradman, if you're reading this, please get more creative with the content in 2024 and by the way congrats on getting in a relationship with Sophie.
