What is the basis of IT Service registration fees. How did LRA come out with the amount. In the case of Transfer of ownership, why is the copy of owner's original certificate of title is being charged with IT service fee. Realty Tax Clearance and Declaration of Real Property are also charged with IT Service fees. Are these documents indispensable for the registration of the main document, like deed of sale or donation?

2013 ito. Ngayon 2017 na. Wala pa rin pagbabago. Nagpadala ako ng tanong sa customer service email nila pero hindi nila sinasagot. Typical na mga trabahador ng gobyerno. Wala talagang pag asa. TAMAD. Puro public relation lang.
