For anyone who's curious: The $6 Million Man premiered in 1973, so $6 million then would be about $42.4 million in 2024.

I used to, until they started deliberately casting an emotionally abusive couple every year just to be edgy. I don't want to watch people fight and call each other names. That's not entertainment. And then going without TV for a few years has also killed it

I've watched Phil (and Jeff Probst) since the FX days on Cband Galaxy 7. Breakfast time was a huge favorite. Phil is the best.

Ummmmm….the show was in the 70s. There would be tens of millions of people who wouldn’t have heard of Lee Majors, Farah Fawcett or an average tv show that ran some 50 years ago.

I've never seen his show, even after 36 years. Which race is he claiming is amazing? I imagine that could be a contentious question. Is Kiwi a race? Personally, I believe race is a social construct, but that doesn't mean it's not real.

Idk how they make Amazing Race so boring, but it somehow is. I just can’t watch it. I do watch The Challenge and Survivor. Amazing Race sucks.
