    How many of y’all know this method of using blender to peel beans but still use the good whole trusted hands bcos the village girl in us can’t trust blender to do the job let’s know ourselves 😂

    Thank you for this! Cooking this Moin Moin as an Indian wife to a Ekiti husband was challenging. The best and simplest Moin Moin recipe I have seen.
    P.S: I too have only the ingredients what you have in this video. Mean no leaf and no fish 😂

    I'm so early today. Sisi you washed that beans! No single skin and the beans were still whole. This moi moi is born again. I use only the remekin one but that muffin liner moi moi looks so good. Best way to trick kids to eat moi moi.

    Yeah. I discovered this beans peeling hack courtesy of CZcams sometimes last year, and it has been super helpful. Making moi moi and Ankara has been a lot easier for me now.

    Necessity is the mother of invention! Chai Sisi Yemmie went to school for this beans peeling method. Personally I find the peeling by hand very therapeutic 😂 and yeah I know I know I know, am that wierdo lol. Being a Chef, I find peace and therapy while in the kitchen 😂😂

    I love ❤️ Nigerian Moi Moi. Rich in protein and flava. Yes, I do that to my beans. Place in blender so much easier. When I make Gambian Akara it’s my method. 😊

    Thanks so much SisiYemmie for the tip on placing the cupcake moimoi in a bakeware tray containing water!! I tried making moimoi in aluminium foil (takeaway packs) and it was just too dense and took forever to cook. Thanks a lot. Looking forward to trying this.

    My husband and I tried this recipe, it was delicious. I was so excited not to meal prep his lunch for work for 3 days. We used the muffin tins and it was perfect. My husband also tried using tin cans for nostalgia since his mom used to do it that way. All methods were great!!!

    Thanks sisiyemi for teaching me this easy way to peel beans.
    That has always been my discouragement to cook moi-moi or akara, now with this knowledge my problem is over.
    I literally paused the video and went to peel my beans in the blender, it was even easier that i thought.

    Wow! This is what I made today. We're in the spirit. Anyways, I do something different, I fry crayfee (that is I fry tomatoes - fresh or tin together with tatashi or shombo and add crayfish with desired seasoning) and pour into the blended beans. The taste is out of this world. Try it someday
