would you consider sharing how you went about developing your gifts more? i too, closed myself off and have recently been getting things coming through to me and actually just gave my first reading yesterday and was surprised at how accurate it was and turned a skeptic into a believer on Periscope and literally only knew the persons name i was reading, and i was EXHAUSTED afterwords lol. I really am needing a mentor or something to help me develop these gifts more often. thanks monica!

I'm so grateful to have this gift as well. It has taken me decades to get here. I have had many misunderstandings for so long. Now that I have started to open up this skill, I have realized for years and years I have had communication. I mistook it to be my own thoughts that I cld not understand. Please make a video talking about your spirit dictionary. Like how you see images and determine what spirit is trying to tell you. Does that make sense?
Also, can you please make a video of how you keep negative energy and spirit out of your heart and mind? How you protect yourself or elaborate on it because I'm sure w all the good must come bad? Or if not, can and do you help the spirits through issues they may have working through closure or bad energy they may have?

I lost two aunts last month and when I went to my great aunts funeral I can feel her presence and a week ago I went to my other aunts funeral I thought I could see her, I can see her aura. I thought I'm a medium but I'm a clairsentient.
Thank you for posting this video. I have experienced so much of what you described with people, photos, places. I am much older than you and have felt myself to be very psychic and "in tune", but have never felt confident to step out into it. I have always been told I am "too sensitive" and I am, but now understand it is because I have not learned to use this gift. You are a great soul! I enjoyed watching all of your shows when you were on television and cannot understand why they did not continue it. Blessings and a big hug!

Your show was one of my all time favorites! I would love if you did a weeekly video. Maybe some topics like special readings that stand out in your mind that you have given in the past, maybe vlogging going to the grocery and out with friends (or even giving readings on the fly!)
Your like my fave medium to watch. You should film random readings that happen when you're out. They are always so interesting and touching.

Lauren Sanchez isn't it amazing when there's a word for it? I'm an Empath too. I've learned a lot but there's a ton to learn.
My sister & I experienced many strange things. I would give her answers that a nine-year old in the mid-fifties would not know. We talked about orbs the way people do today. Just when I was every close to spirit....so close that spirits were asking for me by name & description...I crashed. It was too much to handle without guidance. My sister was seeing poltergist activity. we got scared. "The givens" as I thought of them were shut down. It has taken me many years to regain my path. Keep the faith. Don't let daily life get in the way of the spirits who are here to give help & guidance... or those who ask for help.I must stop fighting my destiny.

I would love to see a video on the process of bringing spirit forward. For example - what info do you usually try to get first, do you have a "spirit dictionary" or a way to connect certain symbols with meanings in a reading, etc. And also a tour of your office because it's so cute!!!!! 😍

I really wish I could talk to you. I have had spirits talking to me basically since I was an infant (though I feel rather than hear them)...I "knew things" like when people were going to stop by, once gave my grandmother directions to her friends' house whom I had never met (I was 3) & told my parents things I couldn't have possibly known, but I was always right. Don't remember most of this myself, but my mom kept a journal, which got lost somewhere in all the stuff you save from your kids as they grow up...(I still hope to come across it eventually)...Have always had almost overwhelming empathic senses, I sometimes know what people are thinking, saying, feeling when I walk into a room or building before I even talk to anyone. (Which can be difficult at times as I now work in a hospital, but at the same time it draws me to work in fields where I could be of help)...prior to the hospital I worked with at-risk/traumatized youth. I have been trying to be more self aware (though I am hyper self aware already) & get a handle on this, but I rarely allow myself time to actually focus between my son & work How do you do it?? When I was a kid, I remember laying on my bed enjoying closing my eyes & noticing my breathing, the way my chest rose & fell with each breath, the sounds of the highway a mile away, the birds & my parents distant voices from down stairs. I used to cherish those moments & the changes of light through my eye lids as the shades on the windows moved in & out with the breeze...why can't I focus like than now??? You're so young & I wish I knew how to handle whatever gift or such that I have at your age...don't even have a handle on it at 45.

Wow, I just watched the first episode of your TV show on CZcams, which was so good. So when this vid popped up in my queue, I was confused, because you look very different. OMGosh, did Hollywood make you lose a ton of weight and pressure you to go blonde?
Most folks don't realize how stout the camera lenses makes people look. One has to be underweight just to look normal sized.

I am a psychic and a medium. But growing up from birth as a mystic, I thought everyone was the same way. When I discovered this wasn't true, I set up shop on the playground at recess. But, boy, did I get in trouble, and faced religious persecution. When all I wanted to do was to help people.
I had a strong & personal relationship with God, but I was told that I had to go through my church. And that what I was doing was satanic.
You see, I was in the 4th Grade, and it was 1967. I was in a religious family.
Sadly, I blocked it all, which also cut me off from God and my spiritual support. As a result, I succumbed to depression for many years. I also wondered if I was crazy.
Never take outside authority as your truth; use your own inner guidance to evaluate the information. God is from within.
I am super glad about how many younger generations are more open & gifted.

ANYWAY, I have a topic request, and I apologize if it's been done already, but I was wondering what you do to keep your energy frequency or vibration high. Is there a mediation and diet regimen that you do? Does stress and life stuff lower ones vibration? I know getting really sick can, and bad habits too. I loved your show and love that you have a CZcams channel now! I know the chance of you contacting me personally are slim but my 13 year old daughter had always had weird signs of psychic abilities and now she officially has had an episode that is undeniable and I don't know how to feel about it and I don't think she does either. I have a lot of questions. We live in New York and she went on spring break vacation with my mom to a house my mom inherited because my grandfather and his wife passed away in the last year. so IDK if both their spirits being there just came across so strong that it finally actually happened. But she told my mom and aunts things that she had absolutely no way of actually knowing. She was calm, but shaky and a little flushed and was seeing things in her head and hearing my grandfather.
