Go ahead, make it happen.
Its up to a given location to apply for a World Cup race, not the UCI or the promoter. Neither of them are organizing these venues.
With that said, it costs a lot of money to host a WC DH race, so there is your reason why there is only one race in the US.

@@Ganiscol its costs a lot of money because UCI and title sponsor dont want to pay jack$hit for anything but yet demand "minimum" requirements to even consider having the race at the venue. Its all on the venue. There is no UCI DH race in the US for 2024.
