Yes there is definitely a place for bright, fish eye catching, blobs ... but, as we have discovered, there is also a place for the more subtle colours as well so do your self a favour and include a few of these in the old fly box!

I just started Tying these this winter and trying them out ice fishing. They are super effective. Way beyond my expectations. I've caught rainbows, brookies, kokanee, lake trout and perch on them. Surprised me.

Litterally was letting my 9 year old tie some flies and as she was picking out her colors for leech pattern I spied in my mess a packet of that biscuit fritz. Pulled it aside for later tonight haha. And now I see this double confirmed that looks as fishy as I thought. Do you like to cast and retrieve or indicator fish that? I've mainly cast and retrieved like a boobie but ive been hearing it's very good under indicator

Awesome stuff! Super cool you got your youngin tying with you. You can definitely hang these under an indicator. Sometimes in places a strip isn’t do able….empty spaces in weed beds, stuff like that. Give it a shot and I promise it’ll be worth it! Cheers and thanks very much for watching.
