The 3rd episode of monstie shots take a spin on a popular children's storybook, the very hungry caterpillar, follow the little Jagras as it eats it way to grow into the greatest Jagras! (note that the ending is just a running gag on Kulve and Jagras sharing the same game skeleton rig)

So no one's gonna talk about how everyone had a food nickname while Nergi was still "one spicky boy"? That trully cracked me up more than it should've..
The food nicknames were the same foods as in the book, plus "spiky boi"

As absurd as this is, it makes me yearn for a monster hunter game where you actually do research on the creatures instead of killing/capturing them. Follow them to the nest, see their life-cycle, see their familial bonds... could be amazing.

capcom haven't made a spinoff for monster hunter in a while , there could be many possibilities for spinoffs , playing as a chef cat in which you cook for hunters , play as a monster , and of course be a researcher/observer.
oh also this spinoff idea probably won't be fun for everyone but a harvest moon in monster hunter style , while it maybe hard to do since the game is always focused on hunting monsters , and not farming or taking care of animals it could still be fun if they manage to add unique elements

Edit: meaning that the jagras must have a have the Immune system of a vulture and a Komodo dragon to being able to eat anything even if contaminated with disease and bacteria

James Cornell He ate a decaying corpse that is living in an area full of diseases and other decaying corpses while there is effluvium on top of it all devouring there skin, like i said that thing is a dragon born with an elder dragon belly. That jagras is the chosen one, so it has plot armor which is why it beat those hunters, because great jagras on the wiki has less health then a low rank seltas. When can we see the hungry seltas, seltas always gets the short end of the stick.
