Qwaqwa residents: why celebrate 30 years of democracy?

As South Africa celebrates 30 years of democracy, some citizens feel
they've been deprived of their share of the pie.
Qwaqwa residents, the Free State, say without basic rights, such as
access to water, they have nothing to celebrate.
In some parts of the region, community members are forced to share
drinking water from local rivers with animals.
