  • Moving your garage can be a daunting task, especially when dealing with obstacles like trees, electrical issues, and pests. In this video, we'll guide you through the process step-by-step, providing expert tips and solutions to these common problems.
    We'll cover:
    - How to look for trees that are too close to your garage
    - What to do about potential electrical issues
    - Effective ways to spot bug and pest infestations
I know that many times the condition of the garage won’t stop you from buying the house that makes sense for you and your family, I want to bring up things that you’ll want to watch out for so that you can make the best decisions going forward!
Doors and door frames that are in rough condition may make your garage an easier target if you live in a higher theft area. Old, weathered doors are easier to break down. Also look at the condition of the door locks while you’re there.
One of the next things that you’ll want to put eyes on is the condition of the electrical. The last thing I know we all want is to lose all of our hard work and tools to a fire. Knowing if the electrical is safe is an important step.
Pests may make it hard to want to be in the garage, keep an eye out for signs of bugs getting in and making a home.
The condition of the doors that you have is important because we do want to be able to get our cars in and out of our shop. Look for obvious signs of issues.
Trees are another common issue. Trees can grow too close and threaten the walls and roof of your shop. Understanding how to take out trees may become a skill you need to know.
Whether you're a seasoned DIY enthusiast or a beginner, this video will equip you with the knowledge you need to move into your garage successfully and safely. Don't forget to like, share, and subscribe for more helpful guides!

I got them! They are better now, but it did make me cringe when I found it!
