Here is the first of my home decorating series - MASTER BEDROOM AND HALLWAY reveal.

People who disagree with you are being intellectually dishonest. She had moments where her underlying personality would come out but overall she was flat and sometimes vacant which is not the same as quiet/introvert. Her energy is totally different now. Not all relationships are meant to last forever. I’m glad she’s finding fulfillment.

When I first heard about the separation, I was gutted but now (and I hope this is not insensitive) I don't want them to get back together because I can finally feel Nikki's aura. It's really heartwarming to see Nikki her shine and I can't wait to see all the amazing things she'll do in the future

I’m SO happy you did this. I grew up in a household where my parents would constantly fight, my dad would throw and break things, he would scream in the loudest voice you can imagine to my mom who was curled up in a ball crying on the couch, when he was angry he would yell to himself for hours, my mom never left him even though she easily could of and a part of me will never forgive her for making me flinch every time I hear a man yell now, or how I’d burst out crying if I stayed up an hour after bedtime because of the yelling I would have gotten from him. Or how me, my mom, and sister would have to rush and make sure his dinner was perfect before he got home so we wouldn’t have to hear yelling. I’m so glad Zoe and Ava won’t have to experience that, they have a calm home with their mom now. I literally have memories of being 5 years old and my sister hiding me from when my dad would yell. He still is the same all these years later and made me and my sister cry hysterically the day before her wedding because of how bad he was being. One thing it taught me is that I’d never let a man do the same to me or my future kids

CoolKem C Well, that’s a sign. You have to remove your makeup and refresh before jumping on the bed. 🙄 haha
White sheets are actually easy to maintain, as long as you remove your makeup before bed (which we should be doing anyway).
I add a 1/2 a cup of clear apple cider vinegar and some baking soda with my detergent in the wash....my white sheets and comforters stay bright ☺! You can also pour a 3/4 cup of hydrogen peroxide with your detergent (but only do this to ALL white laundry load).
Think of it this way...dark colors don't show spots, but they're still dirty if they have spots and germs that you can't see. With white and pastel colors, you know when you are sleeping on bed linens that are soiled. Most of the time, when white sheets look dirty, it's because we are either not washing them with the right cleansers...or we are not changing our sheets often enough. I buy the discounted 300 to 500 thread count sheet sets and comforters at TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and Homegoods....and they tend to last me at least 3 years, if not more because of how I care for them.
I regret the many years I went to bed with makeup on.
Love love love the bedroom. I recently moved to Texas with my oldest daughter and I’ve always used purple in my bedroom. I needed a change so I went with neutrals and lots of textures. I got my bedding from Target it’s a linen and the sheets are so comfy. I’m standing in agreement that 2020 will be the year of abundance and you and the girls will own your own home 🏡 Amen 🙏🏼❤️

I decided about two years ago that I would go minimalist in my home decor. I'd gotten to a point where I want my surroundings to be just Quiet, Calming & Clean! Quiet meaning quiet to my eye, void of bright color & way less busy. I wanted my space to have a pallet that felt calming to my Spirit! Devoid of clutter, restful, clean & PEACEFUL. I'm still working towards achieving that goal for myself.

Lots of people are against parents getting divorced. I think if two people can work things out, then they should stay together.
But sometimes that isn't the case. We don't really know what happened, but it is quite obvious in Nikki's case that she was really suffering in the marriage. You can really see and feel how much brighter her spirit is now!
People say it isn't good for children to have divorced parents, but isn't it better for them to grow up in a stable environment rather a negative, unhappy home where the parents are still married?
Really think things will go better for Nikki from here!

A women doesn't say that about her husband bc they argue too much or finances or working too much or bc he did this or that. A women says that when shes been scorned burned hurt badly... I think

@@danjamil167 I'm a domestic violence activist. Women feel this way when they come out of domestic abuse marriage and/or relationship too. Most women don't know how far they've traveled down the rabbit hole (how much of themselves they loss) until they come out of the relationship.
