Great transformation!! Such a simple technique and it completely changed the vintage mirror. Your son should be on every videos that you make!! His expression was making me laugh!! I had two boys and mine were also great helpers when they were young.

Can you please tell which gold u used of the rub? Was it antique gold and can you also give the amazon link for the wood applications please ?? My mirror is 40 by 40 inch do you think 1 tube of rubb and buff is enough?
Hi! I used the antique gold. Those tubes can go a long way so I wouldn’t be surprised if you could use one. I’ve used my tube on other projects and still have a ton left over!
your $13 mirror is $70 at target- I almost bought it just so I could do this project lol
Hi! I actually have the Target mirror but I think I paid just $40 for it! This one is a little bit smaller! Keep checking your thrift stores, Craigslist or Marketplace and maybe you’ll find one!!

I actually don’t have a link as I found them in the store. I struggled to find anything I liked online but there are definitely options out there. These were just super cheap and came with 2 in a pack!

I’m actually not sure! It was thrifted but definitely rectangular with a curved top.
