Angra dos Reis is a real city in Brazil. Been there in 2015, it's truly an astonishing place!

Try seeing Beirut, Haifa, Gibraltar, Bangor, Helmiye, and Tyre. All outside the US

The closest I've been in real life to any of these is Madrid. All fantastic suggestions, seem like very lovely cities! Also, I found a modder who has released a map for every one of these cities. Check his profile out!
