1:42 spectator mode actually exists in Bedrock edition game files and can be turned on, its not in the gamemode switcher because it's unfinished

talking about skin customization, bedrock edition support all the java edition's skins and also u dont have to pay for it. also just like java, most of the mods of bedrock editon are free but not in marketplace.

You can play multiplayer with a player whos on bedrock and u being on java ur server just needs to have a plug in called "Geyser"
Note : bedrock player and java player both must be on minecraft 1.17.1

2:06 Bedrock is 20 times smoother, Because it's render distance can go to 96 and Java's render distance with Optifine can reach 64, and it will take java 5 minutes to render all the chunks with 15 FPS, while Bedrock on 96 render can render every block in 5 seconds smoothly on windows 10 edition with 60 FPS vSync on, and if you go in game files and increase it to 300, it will only lag until it's rendering and it will not crash, and with RTX it will get to 24 render and 60 FPS, comparison of performance for those don't know how fast C++/Bedrock is, and server performance of Bedrock is also very very fast, if you know about hive java server, it was closed because it was taking them 3000 for for some 100 players for a day, while Bedrock Hive only took them 300 for thousands of players for a day.

I play both of them as there are many different things in both editions but if you want a smooth gameplay bedrock is better just but ya about the double health of wither you gotta be experienced
Smooth gameplay depends on device only if you have good pc in my opinion java is better cuz it is challenging like playing multiplayer bedwars java bridging is also very difficult like godbridge and bedrock is very easy in godbridge with only holding right click

I think there is one difference in bedrock and java is multiplayer because we can use mods and skin packs made by community and worlds I personally tried all skin packs and mods made by community and they are working perfectly fine

Making functional farms are hard, even sometimes it won't work in bedrock edition. I was very frustrated while playing.
And another thing is, I got both bedrock and java edition in one purchase of windows 10 starter collection
In the customisation section, bedrock wins cuz we can have 3d, 4d, and 5d skins in bedrock, we can customize r own skins too and etc + u can easily get thousands of mods in websites like mcpedl and etc for free, and innercore which actually has java level mods and etc

You can crossplay bitween Java and bedrock by using geyserconnect server or client
There is one difference you missed that is,in java you cant move the armor stand pose,bit in bedrock we can pose armour stands.

In this video, there are some misleading lies on bedrock edition.
As you said bedrock doesn't have mods,skins and add-ons for free, its simply wrong. There are some website which provides free mods for bedrock edition and there is an app called "inner core" which has exact Java like mods for bedrock edition. However it's only available for android.
As you said "Java has its own modding support" and it is also wrong. Java has data packs and they are not called mods and Java doesn't have an official modding API. The mods we get on Java are from external API like forge and fabric. That is the reason you can't play some mods on the latest version of Minecraft Java.
However bedrock edition has its own official modding API were the community can create mods and add-ons(not good as forge/fabric but good) and these mods can also run on the latest version of the game.
It is common that JAVA edition players won't realise these points, without doing proper research. There are more points I didn't say, I don't want this comment to be more long.
