Paramount and Universal are the only companies I have respect for right now.
I'm hyped for Sonic Movie 3. Shadow is my favorite character, and it be cool to see him on the big screen, especially if they get his character right.
Same here, I have faith in Paramount. ESPECIALLY if Keanu Reeves is playing Shaodw.
Rogue is important for this movie. Very important. If she is. It helps flesh out knuckles. My fear for the movie is they are gonna compensate for shadows lack of allies by making him way too powerful than he is in the games, making to so team sonic has to fight against him (i dont like the idea of sonic not being able to beat shadow on his own anyways). This also creates the problem of making each of team sonic have to share the spot light with sonic which would make them seem dry, all fighting against the same foe, amounting to the same success or failure. Its better to have them like how they were in sa2, dealing with there own foes that allowed them to grow in a way that is special to them (sonic fighting shadow asserts that both the characters are opposites, but are also so alike in strength and and their ability to stick to their ideals.. Its kind of like the man vs machine story telling arc, sonic being man and shadow being machine. Hes not an actual machine but, hes genetically enchanced.)
Rogue and knuckles rivalry helps knuckles character in many ways. Having a rivalry, but also having someone who he has romantic interest in makes him more grounded in reality, and can help the character grow and feel more like everyone else (this will conclude his arc from the knuckles show. Him becoming at peace with life on earth.
Finally tails. The least evolved character in the movies. He NEEDS, the rivalry with eggman. This is the upmost importance. He has barely any screentime in the media hes actually in. This will help reflect his adventure arc of finally being able to be independent. His promise to sonic of beating eggman is probably the peak of his character, and will make up for his lack of screen time in knuckles and sonic movie3
Tl:dr. We need rogue so she can fight knuckles and it will equally have team dark vs team hero

Definitely agree, I have faith that Tails will be on screen more and will have possible character development after Paramount has heard our thoughts. I'm not too worried about the fighting because Eggman will be in this movie, and that leaves some opportunities for good, balanced fight scenes. And I do think we'll get Rouge in the movies at some point, even if it's not now. I hope it's now, especially after reading your comment, but I just don't know if Paramount is planning to do so much at once, I think they'll do Shadow and MAYBE another character, but like I always say, I'm not Paramount, so I honestly have no idea. I feel like it's a bit too early to release a trailer, since the movie isn't coming out until December.
Yeah i feel like somewhere between june-august makes more sense but if it does come out sometime this month ill still be happy nonetheless❤🖤
