I personally think that police officers in training need to attend a class and learn about the actual law and what you can and cannot do. It's amazing that more than half of these tyrants don't know the laws that they enforce. But then again most people don't know their rights and think they have to do whatever the police say. But these days more and more people are getting educated on their rights and recording their interactions with police.

I got pulled over last night and when I asked the officer why he pulled me over, he told me the reason he pulled me over is because I was accelerating. All of the lights on my truck work, I wasn’t speeding, swerving, burning out or accelerating fast. He actually told me that the reason he pulled me over is because I was accelerating. I was driving about 17 mph in a 25. I handed him my insurance and drivers license and he didn’t even go back to his car to check everything out. He immediately asked me to get out of my car for a field sobriety test and I politely said that I wasn’t going to do a sobriety test. He then said “you’re refusing to take the test? Get out of the vehicle..GET OUT OF THE VEHICLE RIGHT NOW, while the other officer who was standing on the other side of the vehicle immediately started yelling, GET OUT! GET OUT RIGHT NOW!” I said okay hold on and right after I said that the officer on the passengers side tried to open the door and the officer on the drivers side opened the door, grabbed me and pulled me out of my vehicle and said “you’re under arrest! I said ”under arrest for what,” and he said for dui. Then he hand cuffed me and told me to sit in the back of his vehicle. He took me to the hospital to get a blood sample and before they took some of my blood, I asked the officer if he would read some of the information pn the papers to he. He told me that he wasn’t going to read anything to me, so, I asked the nurse if she would read some of the information to me and she was about to until the officer told her not to read anything to me and that he was done answering my question, and then he grabbed my arm and kinda slammed it down on the table and held my arm down. I said you don’t have to hold my arm down. I’m not resisting and I’m not going to cause any problems for this young lady, but he didn’t let up and continued to hold my arm down with force like I was resisting. He then told me that I have not been compliant, when I was actually being very friendly, courteous and compliant. After he took me to a holding cell, he told me that he was going to give me a ticket for resisting arrest. In no way shape or form did I resist being arrested. Tomorrow I am going to request the squad car cam and body cam footage of everything
