We made Biryani again (SEASON 2 BABY), and it was definitely a huge success, we definitely didn't just end up making pulao again, and it definitely made Karachi people jealous. Trust us guys.
Let's just call it Thai Biryani and move on.

Been watching you since day 1 and yea your episodes are 30 minutes but they have such great content!! Please don’t cut them short cuz I genuinely enjoy the 30 minute videos!! It’s one thing I look forward to and watch it with my meals lol. Lots of love and duaas.
(P.S there are way better biryanis in Karachi so do try those!)

You can use muslin cloth for mouth traps. Just use a clean muslin cloth put all these jumbo masalas in it, wrap it up and put it in your biryani. Once cook you can easily remove the potli and still have the essence of all jumbo masalas without actually having it in your mouth 🌸

You can grind or blend with tomatoes in the blender to make them in to powder form so that there's no mouth trap happens you can blend in with yougusr or tomatoes to put the pate in the chicken
