you may have failed making the biryani but you're 100% successful in making people feel happier and good those who are watching this. literally its an escape from all the daily life stress....:)
Tips (genuinely):
1: Never cover biryani pot with dhakan.
2. Never put water in biryani salan. Let it cook in the tomatoes and dahi water.
3. Also, you had to put national biryani masala in curry. Bhae usse woh gharhi, yani thick hojati hai. All that water in curry would have thickened by the biryani masala.
4. Put lemon juice, at least 3 lemons squeezed out.only juice, lemons ni dalna.
5. Put 4 iodine salt tablespoon in that badha pot, full it completely with water, put every garam masala, zeera, biryani patta, kaali mirch, badiyan ka phool, jafil javitri, badhi ilachi, choti ilachi, kalonji, everything. Its biryaaaaani.
6. Put water for boiling, and cook your salam together. Idher chicken gal jayegi, udher badha pot ka paani boil hojaye ga. Then, layer them.
Yar biryani important masala is: jafil javitri, badiyan ka phool and badhi ilachi, choti ilachi. Never miss them.

The chicken Masala was a trouble. You shoud hv put Dahi before the tamaatar. May be than it would have been better. Nice try BTW.. Next make Quorma Plz....
Adeel bhai is right is light masala biryani is pulao. Pulao is a totally different dish.
Next u should try for pulao and plzzz Yasir DO NOT stir that too much or u will break rice again.

Its a biryani that is made by heart instead of hard work. I AM SORRY :D
Tips:Always add 1 tablespoonful salt in curry and boil rice with plenty of salt. Add little oil and bryani masala between layers.

I thought you guys discontinued Cooking Chaos because the videos are no longer uploaded on the Mangobaaz channel. SO happy to have come across this channel. Literally binge watched all the videos. This one had me in fits! You guys are TOO GOOD. Also next time just use Shan Bombay Biryani Masala and follow the instructions at the back.. always a hit and quite easy!

My mother's tip is just measure all kind of masalas and mix them together in a bowl (dry) so you won't get confused how much of this or how much of that..

Biryani is actually easy it just sound complex because of all this chaos.
Mein payaz ko dark brown hon phir chicken dalte hain phir meat ko half cook kr ke Tomato dale then cook it until tomato is cooked and past like and all of its water is gone then add biryani masala ( why tension when Shan is there ) add water , lemon and Chinese salt ( optional ). Then keep it on low heat so oil can rise. Esi Sab k beech mein chawal cook karein 2/3 cooks. After some time do layering add color sprinkle it around pot so that it covers at 1/3 rise (I put it just as powder as it give as result and less messy). Then keep it on dam on low heat. Cook it till lid hatane k baad smoke nikle or 10-15 min. Mix it gently aur then serve.

U can add chaat masala in the end to make it more spicy and itna ziyada spoon chalanay say(jab color add kia tha) chawal toot jatay hain, bcoz they are already soft, but i love to see ur effort, good going.... make more video, love this theme.
