- Yes, it's only been 7 months since we shot this pasta episode in Sept 2019. We are very efficient editors. But your messages (and threats) helped motivate AR to speed up the edit of this episode, so thanks for that!
In this one, we make handmade pasta - from SCRATCH. And we make authentic Italian food, none of that chicken alfredo silliness in OUR KITCHEN.
This is Aglio e Olio (or "aglioyyo" as the Italians pronounce it) made up of only 5 ingredients: olive oil, garlic, pasta, chili flakes, and cheese.

How Desi Alfredo is made, White sauce, Sauteed chicken with onions salt and loads of white and black pepper. Mixed with any kind of Pasta. Sometimes sprinkled oregano. Wow Its ready. Alfredo Isn't Alfredo without herbs bro u kidding me. Saucy pastas are sth good❤

I have been making pasta from scratch from a very long time and let me tell you the dough took too much eggs and i wanted like a one serving thing and the recipe i found was so goooood😍😍😍 3/4th cup flour and one beaten egg with salt and oil! Thats it! Thats for per serving so just double it or triple it! Tho your pasta recipe was also great!!!! And yes yasir was wrong you can put all the pasta in the water at a time! I tried aglio e olio once but too garlicky and too olive oily for me😂 red sauce is the way to go every single time!😍❤
