  • This is a new guided mindfulness meditation to relax and love life! It uses positive energy to boost your self-love and self-worth. Your mind and body will find a calm and peace through this session. The breathing techniques will help you to feel gratitude for your life. Listen to this session in the morning or before you go to sleep for energy during the day or a peaceful rest at night.
    This session contains just over 5 minutes of spoken dialogue followed by about 25 minutes of ambient music and nature sounds. You can spend as much time as you like meditating to the calming sound and watching the gentle ripples in the water. Let this beautiful sunset represent live, happiness, and joy in your life, even in this challenging world. You can see the light through the darkness! 🙏

    Dear Nate I just came back to this beauty. After you leave I am able to be totally relaxed and my favorite place has always been the water . So I continue to listen and meditate with a few of my favorite affirmations. I am at peace . ❤️❤️

      My mother would always say thank you in 3's, in the years before she died. No one I ever knew was more giving.. yet she finally accepted our help toward the end.
      She was truly a force of nature, unlike anyone I ever met 🌛

    this one always make me cry. in my life, i have been mentally detached from my spouse. i've considered myself to be a loner, aimlessly walking on the beach alone. it wasn't until i started this meditation that i was able to incorporate my spouse in it; holding my hand and walking aimlessly in the beach. every time come back to the beach, the more i learn about myself..

    This is described as a 30min guided meditation. It's guided for 6mins and then is just music, I was very disappointed
