  • One of the world's leading climbers, Steph Davis, shares her story on how changing the way she eats has led to enhanced performance when climbing, BASE jumping and wingsuit flying.
Her most notable climbing accomplishments include being the first woman to summit all the peaks of the Fitzroy Range in Patagonia, the second woman to free climb El Capitan in a day, the first woman to free climb the Salathė Wall on El Capitan, the first woman to free solo The Diamond on Longs Peak in Colorado, and the first woman to summit Torre Egger.
“I love doing this stuff…and I really want to do it for the rest of my life. That has really directed a lot of my choices.” - Steph Davis

I devote my life to showing people what the inside of chicken and pig farms look like but it’s heartbreaking to see how many humans just don’t care and refuse to change.
Grateful that we have people like Steph who are willing to make small life adjustments into order to massively reduce the suffering of innocents ❤

While I am not a vegan and I am not planning to become vegetarian, I feel touched by the messages expressed here: humans aren't objectively the most important creatures in the universe and everyone should have the right to exist peacefully.
Therefore, thank you so much for the inspirational video and the message here contained, dear Steph and Animal Outlook! 💙

How can you be touched and still not be willing to make an easy delicious change that not only saves animals from heinous suffering but is also personal health saving and planet saving? Please learn how vegan food is amazing and you will have to sacrifice or give up nothing. People like you are the reason this world will never change for the better even though it is so simple - so depressing, sad and disheartening.

There you go - and the older you get the more the health benefits.
BUT I'd do it for the animals anyway, health benefits or not.
    Well said - good vid!
