Gaur maintenance, CRM, and management team are worse. Once you get the delivery after you won't be entertained by the maintenance and management team. There are issues with everything right from power, lift, security, and building quality. So beware of Gaur's reputation and the reality of actually living in Gaur's society.

As of now, area is wide open. But soon you will find builder and authority will join hand together, sell additional FAR and then you know after that.

In 2017, I purchased 3300 per square fit... Now in second hand, people are demanding 6000 to 6500
Gyc flat is not value for money I more than 6300....the society is not maintained, dirty, and insecure...

What about vaidic village , is it worth buying plots from them or is.yeida coming with some residential plot schme
