DISNEY VACATION CLUB RENTALS - DISNEY'S ANIMAL KINGDOM VILLAS
Escape on your own African safari adventure at this magnificent Resort hotel. Inspired by the traditional African kraal, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas is divided into two sections. The first phase, Jambo House, opened in 2007 and the second phase, Kidani Village, opened in 2009. There is a walking path that connects both Jambo House and Kidani Village, but there is also internal bus transportation between the two.
Rooms can be booked as “Standard View” or “Savanna View”. The majority of guest rooms have savanna views which feature many species of African wildlife including zebras, giraffes, gazelles, kudu, and wildebeest, among others, as well as multiple bird species. Younger and older guests alike can have fun enjoying unforgettable views for hours while trying to identify each species. The Standard View rooms overlook the pool, garden, or parking lot. There is also a “Value Room” category in the Jambo House part of the resort which features slightly smaller rooms (more economical to book) which can have either savanna views or standard views, but the view for Value-type rooms is not guaranteed.
Animal Kingdom Lodge also boasts several dining favorites such as Boma, Sanaa, and Jiko. Guests will find a unique variety of food options unlike anywhere else at Walt Disney World, while absorbing unique savanna views.
