You need basic knowledge of developing a bot in order to use Pylex. If you dont have access to the code, then you simply can't use Pylex's services.
I'm doing it with python; however, how do I install packages? How does pip install work in that website?

@@YurWorstFear. You can install additional packages via the startup category as Neutrowave showed in the video. You enter your python package names under the Additional Python Packages category
