You need basic knowledge of developing a bot in order to use Pylex. If you dont have access to the code, then you simply can't use Pylex's services.
I'm doing it with python; however, how do I install packages? How does pip install work in that website?

@@YurWorstFear. You can install additional packages via the startup category as Neutrowave showed in the video. You enter your python package names under the Additional Python Packages category

I had some problems with the CSS of the page not loading but by changing the status code from 404 to 301 I fixed the problem, note that this overwrites the path and behaves differently than the 404 status but it can fix js and CSS problems.
my custom 404 still won't work with the netlify.toml file, do I need to do anything else in the Netlify settings?
