I review my routines and try a new morning routine. I also declutter and organize my bookshelf (much needed!) and donate some clothes in my dresser. Awe thank you sm! Honestly I really feel like I don’t get that much done after working but it’s helpful to look back and see what I do accomplish. It really depends on the day!
As for running goals… I’m definitely trying to be more consistent and faster. I don’t want to run too far - I think I’d be happy with 2-3 miles. But I’d love to run an 8 minute mile. Wby?!!
