  • So I chanced upon a few Sprinkler Water Timers. So I have decided to not just take them apart, but to make 3 videos from them. Today, I will use one to make a Darth Vader Control module for his new prototype Tie Fighter.
This coming Monday, I will release the “Hunting for Greebles” episode where I do a quick 1 min video of what they all look like inside. And Next Friday, I will use some of the panels to recreate some panels that I absolutely loved…that are from another Universe all together.

I've seen some really nice and cheap pencil boxes that have a great look for a display panel especially painted up in a weathered look. There are project boxes out there that are cheap as well, but I'm trying the pencil box first and see. Great video, you definitely need to hook up with Smugglers Room or Van Oaks Props and show them your stuff or any other prop builders.

Thank you so much. I really appreciate your kind words.
As for the pencil boxes, I am cu ious. My kids had a type of pencil box when we lived in Italy. They were called an Astuccio. But they were made of fabric. When you make yours, be sure to tag me so I can see it

... and he is back making things without skipping a beat! Love the simple tricks like the washer and nut on the screwdriver! Done that myself a few times!

Now go take all those dishwasher, TVs and lawn mower parts and build the rest of Vaders Tie fighter! 😜

      ROFL.
I saw a tiktok that show d all the paintings Bob Ross did that actually took people through a walk in the wilderness if you play them all like a movie. …maybe if I were better on my game…I would be able to do just that. Except I think I’d just keep the tie fighter for myself and hope Vader never found out

Excellent build. Where did you get the foam hole cutters? Thanks for the video.

Thank you. I’m happy to hear you liked it.
The cutters were from Amazon. Just do a search for “Leather Hole Punch Set”
