Had hired her but didn't sexualize her and had just treated her like a real person which she appreciated. As for him being okay with it, that is up to him and he is still working on that but agrees he wants to date her but dating is seeing how you get along with someone and not expressly a trial run before marriage. So, who knows, might work out.
