I’ve seen every interview he did for ‘A Little Chaos’. With such grace, he had answered the same question so many times with grace and class. My favorite man, now and forever. God Bless you, sweet man💔
Plus he probably knew during some interviews that he might die. I mean he had a great way of living accepted life and was gracious and here we are not even able to enjoy worthy minutes of our life
He knew he had cancer during this interview... He knew he was going to die. That is just so sad. Not only was Severus' death the worst time of my life, but 2016 was. We lost such an amazing man, and he's never coming back. I know i will always miss him, always cry for him, always pine for him, but never will i ever not miss him.
I ve always wondered about that ...he always seemed so healthy and full of energy ...his face never showed that he was under such a pain ..especially in his latest interviews ...I was devastated the day I heard the news ..such a lost ..rip
@Mrs. Sanchez I don’t believe he knew at this point. I can’t speak to when this interview took place, but if it’s close to when it was published here on CZcams (April 2015) he wouldn’t have known about his pancreatic cancer until his stroke later that year in August of 2015. We know he did become aware of the cancer after August tho. Still heartbreaking all around. 💔🕯 R.I.P🕯🕯 /* (raising my wand to Severus)
@@clarahbobarah he knew. There is a podcast with his brothers and Juliet Stevenson that came out earlier this year where it was confirmed that the stroke was from the chemotherapy. He just did not tell anyone he was dying until the very last minute. Also that look at 15:14. Just look at him. He knew.
That charming smile and the warm, throaty chuckle are what I miss about Alan the most. He was able to put anyone and everyone who met him immediately at-ease. (11/1/2021)
Such an artist, his voice his brush, our hearts his canvas. The tiniest of facial movements conveys the universe of emotion...You gave us the world...God bless you, thank you Sweet Man, remaining in my heart always...
I'm going through bad anxiety about my little son's health and Alan is the only person who is calming me to sleep. Once I've ended this particular life, my husband and son will be around me at some point in the following one, but I'll choose to be reborn in one of the realities that will have Alan's soul living a new round, too. Just to find him and tell him about my love.
This is the best interviewer I have seen thus far. Not familiar with her however, she has a genuine repore with Alan. He will be sorely, deeply missed.....Always! :'(
+truthb2u2 Part of his personality, too. I have read and heard so many stories about how easy to get on with and talk to. So sad that he is gone. One of my favourite actors.
He didn't get to do The Limehouse Golem.... Pancreatic cancer rarely gives you a second chance. I hope you are pain free up there and you don't scream too much watching us down here.
He's 69 and isn't wearing black robes and a black wig that's why he looks 'old' I've not seen many 69 year old men look as good as him. :-) Just saying.
That voice, and that looks, he is still as good looking as he used to be. plus love him little chubby...like a warm hearted teddy bear. even though, he was getting ill... I miss you so much, your smile just make everyone happy.
...the director isn't BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP (visibly mouths "bullshitting"). I came here to hear Alan Rickman talk, if you are going to censor his words that annoys me a bit. I know this is probably beyond your controll because you work for the BBC, but you could at least have chosen a less heart attack indusing sound to cover it up.
Sadly, Alan passed away, so we won't get to see this now. :( But I absolutely agree that it would have been amazing to see the two of them on screen together!
True. Cumberbatch talked about Rickman in some interview a while back, he even does an impression of him. Too bad it can't happen now. Cumberbatch could even play him or something
Now this phrase and its answer has also become Alan's phrase...I can't help myself, I frequently wind back to Alan and his wonderful work....I'll truly love him ALWAYS
Listen to Alan Rickman with headphones and full volume.
You won't regret it

what a great guy and what a great actor he was.
I'm loving all the shout outs he gave to the people he worked with and how talented/professional they were.

Potty mouth Rickman. What a legend.
Love Rickman, very unique character. I wish she had pushed him for more stories regarding the Sheriff and Hans
@Thepictureofaneye With the sheriff, in particular, I'd love to know how many of those zingers were actually scripted. (11/1/2021)

inevitableAnpu Great interview though.
inevitableAnpu Everybody (including children) knows what he said anyway. I guess the BBC doesn't want to offend the more prudish amongst us.
