    Sad, sad, sad😔, I hurt for the baby! She gave the child up, but clearly under stress and not the best circumstances. Unfortunately they didn’t go to court in the beginning and make it a legal adoption. I doubt that paper will hold in court and mom will likely get her daughter back. God sister needs get on mom’s good side like the judge said

    She legally adopted the child. The mother terminated her rights. Thata why the judge won't give custody back. It would be traumatic for the child to gi back to her bio mother now. If the bio mother was as stable as she claims the judge wouldn't keep stripping her access to the child away. It was said in court that she doesn't even have the rights to visitation.

      That's not always true my mother had her rights taken away and she was very stable had a job a house nd food and I wanted to be with her sometimes the judge believes that if they were taken or signed away they were not loved nd for that is not stable to be with but it should be what the child wants plus u guys are basing this all by this one segment no one knows what really goes on like her God sister can't explain why their is bruises on the arm plus when it comes to drug test they make u do one when u step into the courts to see your child if u fail you can't see the child as the God sister said she still sees her and has visits as the mom says she has 5 others it doesn't matter where the fathers are at they could be dead or in jail it could be one father or plenty we don't even know the age of her other children she asked her family for help nd what judges do is even after adoption even though it's hard is give the parents back custody plus the true character of her God sister came out at the end it seems like each time the mom did try to talk she would be cut off by her sister nd how they came nd attacked her with their words u know they wanted the money u can tell clearly they both care for the child nd at least the girl knows her mom so no one can say anything if anything if they have to wait till she is 18 the daughter would know who she really wants to have a relationship with it can be both, one or the other or neither of them we will never know, but I feel like it's ok to change her mind and at least she been trying to get her child back nd not just saying it and not even contact their children

So its ok to be homeless not really knowing how long is gonna take for the people helping you to get fed up with your now 6kids, weed smoking, no working ass and kick you out? I’m with the Judge on this one. Unless she has proof that woman was out in the streets on drugs or something, she should have her child. It sucks she got attached but she’s not the biological mother. But the flip side of that is the woman shot herself in the foot by stating that she could have her child “full term” on the paper the Judge was shown

    • @isalovewe5929
      @isalovewe5929 Před 4 lety

    I have seen it too many times. Eventually, that child is going to want her mother, because they idealized it in their head. They feel some kinda way because they can't understand why they were given away but not the other kids. It's a mess. This is just a lot of heartbreak all around. Ghetto adoption in these modern times do not work, actually never did.

      ADOPTION IS PERMANENT, GUARDIANSHIP IS NOT.
      SHE DID NOT GIVE THE GODSISTER GUARDIANSHIP.. THE GODSISTER STEP UP, SO THE CHILD WOULDN'T BE GIVEN AWAY TO RANDOM STRANGERS..
      HAD THE GODSISTER NOT STEPPED UP, THE CHILD WOULD BE LONG GONE.. DO YOU THINK SHE COULD JUST GO OUT AND DEMAND THE BABY BACK HAD THE CHILD BEEN ADOPTED BY STRANGERS?
      NO. SHE COULDN'T DO THAT, BECAUSE THAT'S NOT HOW ANY OF THAT WORKS..
