Custom House Build - Site Prep(Part 1)

Were on the first step of building our custom home! Well way past first step, but first actually changing the property! We will be excavating and dropping the stone for the driveway. We also plan out all the utilities.

Was that fill or existing dirt? If it's existing, it looks like some good dirt!

Thats all the existing dirt! Septic test came back with good results as well. Should be good land to plant some fruit trees!
