I didn't understand the language.. but followed the procedure amd it work..well all I did was take out the RAM sticks DDR wiped and reinstalled and voilà🤗 good tutorial man

Okay based on what we have observed and mostly the things we need to troubleshoot.
We may need to clean the Ram with clean eraser. Either remove and replace it check if both rams are working properly. No need to unplug the hard drive.
Second is replace / remove the cmos battery looks like a medical tablet.
Clean up also the video graphics card with eraser.
Press Power button while all power outlets of cpu should be removed. Press it for 30 seconds to completely drain the motherboard grounded electricity inside. Put thermal paste into your processor but be careful when you remove the fan.
Then make sure to unplug unnecessary extra power grabber like speakers or USB devices that sucks up the power supply.
Last, plug / put back on all the necessary cables. Video cards, cmos battery, memory.
Press and release the power button it may restart automatically fast and do not run F1 bios. Just run the SETUP. Goin to windows.
Try if this works. If you have hard drive software windows 10 issues. You may need an extra cpu or DVD rw or USB installer for back up or diagnose repair ur windows.
You may need 1000w power supply if you run more devices in ur cpu like colorful fans. Large gpus. And extra rams, ssd hdd. Or DVD rw.
Plus if you think that the motherboard is damaged, you may need to replace it or the graphics card that may not be compatible with your existing motherboard. Both may cost a lot but needed so to replace it. Better buy a brand new board and graphics card. Nvidia is good for Intel.
I hope this helps, if not, then let's help each other find a solution.

I also found out that a damage case and videocard can also affect the no signal display. And do not remove the mini pin from csmos with out removing hard drive

I recently changed new Rams because memtest showed that the rams are failing. Before I installed the new ones, I cleaned the computer with an air compressor. I installed everything bank and fired up the computer. The motherboard led lighted up, all fans working, GPU fans working, except the monitor, keyboard, and mouse. A quick look at the TeamViewer shows that the computer did not boot. After many attempts, I decided to disassemble the CPU. Cleaned it and put new paste. Took all power and sata connections and reconnected them back.
And it worked. That means that if this happens, it would only involve some loose connection.

Worked! I had to get the RAM out. Turn the computer on. Then turn it off and put the RAM back in.

@@sppuffyy only plug out ram and rub it's metallic part with eraser(not with stones or any other things like knife or blade) and then plug it again tightly. If it's repaired, then ok. Otherwise there is a fault in ram, hard drive or motherboard. In this case, you'll have to change it.

I did tried to remove and put the ram back multiple times. Wipe it clean the slot and still doesnt work. Any other work around? Initially my pc shuts off immediately when I turn it on the removr and plug the ram and it turns on but now this is the issue. The unit is workimg but no response from keyboard mouse monitor. But when I plug a usb speaker on the keyboard/mouse socket thr speaker turns on.
Did anything else resolve your issue?

I really need help, when I turn on my pc and when the monitor goes to the screen where it shows the time and a nature background (windows 10) and try to wiggle my mouse/press a key on the key board so the password thing pops up, But my keyboard and mouse completely don’t respond. The keyboard and mouse are completely fine, I plug them into a different computer, and they work just fine, but when I plug in a different keyboard and mouse into my broken PC the same thing happened with my main keyboard and mouse. And also the sensor on the bottom of the mouse works, the key and mouse turn on the lights for about 2 seconds in start up and then turn off. PLZ HELP MEEEEEE!!!!!! Monitor has no problems

If ram is damaged it can also fails keyboard to detect..in my case cpu runs ,keybaord num lock ,caps lock working but no display yesterday ,but today cpu runs ,keyboard not workimg and also same no signal input on monitor
