There have been 129 double/doubles with rebounds/points. So Reese has 12 of them so what, they just happen to be in a row. Lets talk about Caitlin being responsible for over half the teams points in 4 straight games she has more impact on the teams success than Reese, first triple double for a rookie ever. Plus all the other firsts she has done. This is not a close race and I am tired of the dishonest analysis.

Now compare that to Caitlin's stats which are suppressed. Her assists are suppressed by teammates that drop passes & miss open layups... (though they ARE getting better). Clark is up against more too. She's playing on a team that finished 10th last season. Reese's team finished 8th. Clark gets blitzed more than any player in the WNBA, and sometimes gets picked up 94 feet from the rim. Clark's coach was also getting the ball OUT of her hands in the 4th quarter of many of her games (until just recently),... And lastly, Clark has plenty of footage of her getting fouled but not getting the call, or cheapshotted on a dead ball, or fouled late & flagrantly, etc...

Another youtuber actually broke it down play by play and easily showed that Seattle storm players basically handed her the record by playing ZERO defense on reese when it came to her getting the rebounds. She didn't have to fight for any of her rebounds most of the time whoever was guarding her was outside of the paint leaving reese all alone under the rim to catch every single rebound without any fight or effort lol. They pushing so hard to make sure CC don't get this ROTY it's sad!!! They know reese can't get any other awards CC has gotten on her own so they basically gotta cheat to get her at least SOMETHING for Participation!!!

Did you watch the game between the Sky and the Storm? They colluded to give Reese the Double Double. Not only that, but it was awful basketball. I think I'm out except for Fever games.
There are 7 players that avg 9 or rebounds per game. 4 of them avg over 10 rebounds per game. All those players avg over 10 points per game so double doubles should be happening ALL the time. Of course they are all forwards and centers. Best guard is Avg 7.9 per game and only 3 are currently avg 7+ assists per game. Assist double double is pretty uncommon.

Reese is a great rebounder, but not a floor general or play maker like Clark. But, the woke powers that be are scheming to make Reese ROTY.

Another youtuber actually broke it down play by play and easily showed that Seattle storm players basically handed her the record by playing ZERO defense on reese when it came to her getting the rebounds. She didn't have to fight for any of her rebounds most of the time whoever was guarding her was outside of the paint leaving reese all alone under the rim to catch every single rebound without any fight or effort lol. They pushing so hard to make sure CC don't get this ROTY it's sad!!! They know reese can't get any other awards CC has gotten on her own so they basically gotta cheat to get her at least SOMETHING for Participation!!!

Did you watch the game between the Sky and the Storm? They colluded to give Reese the Double Double. Not only that, but it was awful basketball. I think I'm out except for Fever games.
There are 7 players that avg 9 or rebounds per game. 4 of them avg over 10 rebounds per game. All those players avg over 10 points per game so double doubles should be happening ALL the time. Of course they are all forwards and centers. Best guard is Avg 7.9 per game and only 3 are currently avg 7+ assists per game. Assist double double is pretty uncommon.
Assists are less common and obviously more valuable. The rarity alone proves it

Other coaches could care less if she gets rebounds because she can't hurt you with her shot. She has had one lucky game where she scored more than 17 points. If you are shutting down the 4 other players on the sky they will lose to you every time. That's the game plan so yea, angels stats are a bit padded or inflated if you will. My 6 year old can't make layups either but as long as he gets to stand under the basket without anyone bothering him he can rebound his misses and actually make 4/10 just like Angel.

This just goes to show how pathetic this league has been. No one has had 13 Double Doubles in a row? It's not that hard. Especially when you are getting your own rebounds. I think it just shows the horrible management, coaching, officiating etc. Reese mentions a "special whistle" but I think it is her that gets away with loose ball fouls all game. Let's talk life. You all have it wrong. If you are selecting a player to represent your company, who do you want? Clark gets a triple double. Post-game she talks about her team closing those assists. She gives credit to those who aren't on the radar. Before that, she clearly told reporters to stop asking her questions, "Ask Alyah a question." That's my choice. So Reese has 13 double doubles. Post game, she only talks about herself. She complains about referee calls. She sees no one other than herself. A completely self-absorbed individual who gives credit to no one. Not even close, most team scouting report is to stop CC. CC is like Steph being guarded from the half court and the gravity of her pulling multiple defenders. Assist is more harder than rebounding. It is much easier to get double doubles in rebounds because the player can get offensive and defensive rebounds, and get rebounds off their own misses. Assists are one way and one way only. The ratio of double rebounds to double assists is 1 assists for every 7 rebounds, yet Clark gets a high percentage of rebounds compared to her assists. Reese is a great rebounder, but not a floor general or play maker like Clark. But, the woke powers that be are scheming to make Reese ROTY.
I believe reese set the record for eye rolls and shoulder shrugs in interviews as well.
