How to install USA Vinyl's PVC porch posts, how to repair damaged vinyl siding, and how to install Weatherables PVC porch handrails. In this first video, I show you how I installed my USA Vinyl Weatherables PVC Posts. I like their style, quality, and customer support. Their material handling, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Two of my 6 large posts were pretty badly scuffed up right from the factory. After a couple of hours of wet-sanding with some 600 grit sandpaper, they were acceptable. I was able to hide the most severely damaged side of a post behind a downspout. In the end, I liked the look and quality enough to make the extra effort worth it.
