Hi Ryan, I have a question about the 6 week sit skimming course you recommended. As someone who has some trowel experience (level 1 in plastering), From your extensive experience, if I spend 6 weeks, 5 days a week, 7 hours a day (a total of 210 hours) of skimming practice, how well will be able to plaster (skim)?

@@ryanseeley I’m very keen in getting into this trade, but I really don’t wanna go through the college route. Iv looked into it and have calculated That in the 6 week course I’ll be getting more practical hands on experience than I will in a whole year in college doing a level 2 plastering in terms of actual practical hands on experience.

That's right you would be much better off. Your closest center delivering the 6 week skim course would be Gold trowel in Romford. It would be perfect for you if you have the trowel experience
