Outfit Studio has the ability to add dismemberment on outfits. You just copy the segment data from a vanilla outfit and paste it on your new outfit and segment paint it have a more refined dismemberment segmentation and gore caps.

I think you went too broad. It would have been far better to, for example, find all the Gorka mods that exist, even harder to get discord stuff and ports not just nexus, and battle those. Or find all the NCR sets that exist and so on .. dont limit yourself to nexus. You found a really fun concept for a video and i think this is a good way to up the quality.
Why didn't you pick some normal stuff? There is not only shit on Nexus, there are also good armor mods. A very strange choice, I'd almost say you did it on purpose just so you could criticize it.

I just want more Metro inspired clothing, there is 3 mods so far 2 are outfit packs ( Metro Exodus armory from gun website, and Outlaw. ) Those mods import Metro outfits of spartan soldiers and the hazard armor, with the Railroad getting a replacer mod using the Metro Exodus armory mod. Other then that theres literally nothing other then the Gunner Winterized mod, no other faction other then the Railroad and Gunners get a winter theme other than the Minutemen who get NCR or Militarized mod that aren't winter clothing but camo clothing and doesn't look right with the other 2 factions. Majority of Fallout 4 clothing mods don't support dismemberment and its sad, the mod author for IFT even said its a minor problem to fix his dismemberment bug. But he chose not to and prefer to disable dismemberment.

It's because extra work and a lot of fiddling around. There is an extra mesh for ripped off extensions of body parts so you have to create separated arms etc and attach them somehow and work around nifscope and creation kit as well. There are no workflows or tutorials anywhere so it's a lot of diy with no guarantee and it's hard af anyway to make clothes and armor.
Kind of wish there was a standalone version of the elite/advanced/regular riot armor. The NCR outfit pack is nice but it has a floating arm without a pip boy. Never mind the outfits only get any real defense when using BW. Lore wise those armors weren't specific to the ncr, so them being elsewhere makes some sense.

HEV suit is consistent with HL2 lore but still should have been a little nerfed for the wasteland lol.
