Ole Miss would beat Colorado by 50
Whats even worse, EA has Colorado ranked as the 16th best overall team. They went 4-8, just how?
Theyre ranked higher than Mizzou, Tennessee, OU, Oklahoma St, and Iowa just to name a few. This is ridiculous
Colorado at 8 should be a Class I felony. Even Colorado at 80 should be a misdemeanor.
A few teams that scored more than colorado last year: Maryland, Cal, Georgia tech, TCU 😂, Oregon State, Louisville, Boise State, wash state, A&M, Arizona….
How is Nebraska not ranked defensively but Colorado and USC are?

These list prove EA has no clue what they’re doing. Honestly very alarming for the future balancing of this game. I have little confidence going forward with this game
Tennessee should be top 25 in both offense and defense
USC being higher in defense than offense has just absolutely ruined my hopes for this games realism.... bro their average game over under total last year was like 79.5 lmao

You guys are taking some crazy leaps about the game based on these ratings. And they did a lot of work to get to these, you just disagree. Asking some analysts for their list isn’t necessarily the answer. They’re largely predicting based on rosters and such for the new season it seems like, with some interesting picks for engagement.
Everyone should know that ea is doing this for a reason they are getting so much free publicity. It is so clear to see that lol

Yes
They’re going to adjust ratings which will adjust rankings. They will also adjust stadiums and add uniforms as things change.

Colorado allowed more point that any power 5 outside of Vandy, Stanford and USC (which is somehow also top 25)…. Almost feels like Deion gave the right to his likeness but made it conditional on dollars being ranked
Iowa got 44 points dropped on them the second they played a non big10 team they aren’t top 12

Can we confirm that EA will be updating rosters and rankings?? You guys mentioned Nebraska not being in the D rankings, which is definitely a legitimate question but the same should be said about Rutgers who finished with the #16 defensive last year and brought nearly everyone back!! The Rutgers D this year is going to be ferocious… Don’t sleep on the offense now with a new starter at QB and stacked RB room and a WR room that is now way underrated. Mark it down…. Rutgers will surprise this year… Totally understandable the offense not being anywhere near #25 but the Rutgers defense definitely should be in the Top 25 finishing at #16 against the schedule they played last year.

Miami has three receivers that have about 3000 yards between them they have a running back that had 1,200 yd last season another running back that had over 600 yards last season they return almost their entire offensive line and they upgraded a quarterback
Fair…. Miami also got its @ss whooped by Rutgers. Dominated in the trenches and on the ground all with a QB that couldn’t commit a forward pass. The fact that the Rutgers D that stifled Miami in the bowl game is nowhere to be found but Colorado is up there is a joke. Rutgers brought back 95% of their starters, brought in a MUCH better QB and loaded up on WR. These nerds need to get Phil Steeles magazine at LEAST for Rutgers D. Offense… I totally understand D and special teams…. Hmmm
EA does this on purpose to create buzz for the game. they do the same thing on Madden every summer. As the season progresses the ranking will adjust. But, Crain and Co and other shows don't talk about this unless the ratings are bad. So you guys fell for it.
If my gamecocks could probably beat Colorado they don't deserve to be anywhere near any top 25 list of nothing, now will they be better I think they could be a 8 win team this year but elite hell no

I wouldn't worry about it much because we all we do dyantsy mode in which the game cpu will shift the rankings and probably do a better job than these game developer lists anyway
