The lady who got arrested on the DUI class warrant... Her coworkers speaking up for her was so nice to see. You can tell she's trying to be better. I hope she learns from that lesson and can keep her job!
I hope she goes to the classes and gets it taken care of. She seems to be doing good and that should be very helpful for her ❤ ur right her coworkers were very sweet.

Clearly, she thought she was above the law by ignoring the consequence rather than taking responsibility and fulfilling the class requirements that the judge ordered. We only see a short clip of how she acts in front of her boss and manager but for all we know, she could be a high functioning alcoholic who looks polished and well put together.

The second incident doesn't qualify for "entitled people think they are above the law". The young lady was very calm and collected answered all the questions immediately put her hands behind her back when asked to do so. I have a lot of respect for her. She is very young, she made a mistake (DUI) and I' d be willing to bet she will never drink and drive again. I wish her all the best.
I completely agree with you! If more people would act more like this chick whenever they get pulled over or approached by the cops, then they probably wouldn't get half the charges they wind up with. Most of these morons come off as smartasses right off the bat, before they hear the first sentence that comes outta the cops' mouth. If you come off with attitude like that, then the cops aren't gonna even wanna TRY to work with you.
For the 2nd video I don’t see how she entitled at all but she was cooperative and all they were easy.The only thing I can say is Bravo 👏👏👏👏👏
I think the entitlement they are alluding to is that she got a break from jail for a dui if she attended classes and she blew it off.

Every symptom of “having an asthma attack” includes “unable to speak in full sentences”….so you may be able to gasp “can’t breathe” in a very “breathy” voice but you’re not going to be able to yell “I can’t breathe” over and over in a loud tone like these fakers if having a true asthma attack or other respiratory failure. You may be the rare exception to that rule, but the vast majority of those with asthma and 98% of people who have asthma attacks cannot speak or form a sentence or do more than quietly gasp a couple of words. That’s the reality and that means that the original post is a truthful statement bc it applies to the majority of those having asthma attacks. You’re rare exception or the small number of those rare exceptions does not negate the truth of the statement made and doesn’t what the medically defined symptoms of those having an asthma attack experience. This stuff needs to stop where people try to make the rare exceptions and outliers somehow negate the truth of the majority/average of factual reality!
My daughter and I both have asthma and when we have asthma attacks we cannot speak or say we “can’t breathe”…we have to have our emergency inhalers at hand for those events. Panic/anxiety attacks often feel like asthma attacks or heart attacks!
There are exceptions to every rule, but those exceptions do not change the laws of that rule. I do not know where people today got the idea that the real world was strictly black and white, but to allow that deception to continue is a a huge disservice to the human ability for intellectual deduction, common sense and critical thinking that it’s insulting. The real world is on a scale of grays where more than one truth can exist at the same time while not negating the factual reality of either “truth”. So much has been warped into this mindset that it’s insulting to people in the medical and STEM professions…trying to falsify facts someone finds offensive or “oppressive” or “selective” or to appease a delusional mentality so their “feelings aren’t hurt” - is one of the biggest disservice humans have visited upon other humans in history!
People who can scream over and over that they can’t breathe or shout obscenities after fighting restraints and screaming for half an hour are being deceptive and manipulative!
Question: could you struggle and shout, cuss, and cry for 15-20 minutes that triggers an asthma attack then have the respiratory force while handcuffed and on your stomach to clearly and in a loud tone repeat over and over “I can’t breathe” and “stop! Let me go!”? You may be able to say “I can’t breathe” over and over while having a mild asthma attack but you know that after strenuous and prolonged physical activity that triggers an asthma attack and if you were then handcuffed in your chest on the ground that you would have a harder time saying “I can’t breathe” over and over in an asthma attack in that situation. You’re comparing you personally to people in totally different situations - people who claim they have asthma yet don’t have an emergency inhaler in them or in their purse! Me and my daughter have our emergency inhalers in both our purses, in our glove boxes, one at work, and one by our bed side. My daughter always kept one with the school nurse as well. So if these people have asthma…where are there emergency inhalers and why did none of them tell the cops “I have asthma” when they were asked if they had any medical issues, we’re on any medications, or were under treatment by any doctor! Me and my kid are under the care of pulmonologists and both know to answer that if ever asked…and when she was in dance, and karate and track and cheer: every time she was asked about medical issues that was immediately relayed to the person asking. If these people had asthma for real, then they’d tell the police this immediately.
Stop trying to excuse criminals and trying to villainize law enforcement officers simply to support an unsubstantiated political narrative!

I've seen the video of Kaylee before even saying myself that she's def not wanting to take her purse with her because it's most def possible that she's holding meth, but I didn't hear about her doing meth while pregnant before. Sometimes people say they can't breathe because panic attacks and stress with some people cause you to feel like your throat is closing. I've never been in these situations but I have panic attacks and as I feel like my throat is closing, I've actually stated many times that I couldn't breathe. You feel that way when panicky. Some may not, but I do.
Yeh it’s also a VERY common tactic while being arrested though, to try and delay or get out of the arrest
Luckily I think most the time it’s easy to tell if the persons faking or not by how they’ve been acting the rest of the time. Even when officers know full well the person is faking, most times EMTs are called anyway just to be on the safe side and for the officers to do their due diligence. All it normally ends up doing is delaying the arrest slightly and wasting everybody’s time though 🤷♀️

Why does the interaction with Jordan appear to begin with throwing him to the ground without even speaking? Yes he got out of the car which shouldn't be done, but they took that as cause to jump him? Most of these videos show the cops giving people 90 "warnings" before they gently take hold of them, with the person screaming at the cops, making threats, denying any wrongdoing, etc.And the cops in other videos never seem to know what existing warrants are for when they begin a traffic stop, so they wouldn't have just assumed he was going to be violent. I don't even see any "entitled" behavior. It's like these titles are just using keywords to get traffic. Nobody's interested in just watching boring, uneventful arrests where the suspect cooperates completely.
