Uhh, the WNBA brings is a net loss each year. Where is the money coming from to pay her more? The end of the video is the only part worth watching. Perhaps Caitlin will bring the league up to something self-sustaining and then give her all she deserves! They have a long way to go if they want to be independent from NBA subsidies and build a following big enough to sustain NBA-type salaries.
