IH International Harvester 1086 Tractor Restoring for Hay Bailing

1981 IH International Harvester Tractor being prepared to go into the hay field for my 14 year old son. Tractor has been sitting for 3 years. Will it start and bale hay?

It’s good to see one get saved from the scrap yard. Too many of them get parted out
